If you have read the Harry Potter series then you have probably know of Beedle the Bard. He's essentially the Brothers Grimm of the wizarding world, weaving fairy tales for children. Along with 5 of his tales, in this book there is commentary made by Dumbledore after each tale. A great companion to the Harry Potter series and just an all around fun book full of fairy tales to read to children (and children at heart!).
The following tales are included in this book: The Wizard and the Hopping Pot, The Fountain of Fair Fortune, The Warlock's Hairy Heart, Babbitty Rabitty and Her Cackling Stump, and The Tale of the Three Brothers. I think that Babbitty Rabbitty is my favourite tale out of the 5, maybe because I enjoy cackling myself or maybe because I think all charlatans deserve to get punished.
